Duties of the President:

• Preside at all Large Group Meetings of the organization
• Enforce and promote enforcement of the Constitution and Bylaws
• Act as a general representative of Bison Robotics, except in cases where authority is given to another officer or member
• Be aware of all activities coordinated by other officers and/or members
• Coordinate finances with Treasurer
• Attend at least one CSO Large Group Meeting per semester
• Give final approval over the budget
